ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS AND JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS

§ 33-1470. Purpose and intent. The purpose of this article is to provide regulations for the establishment of accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units. The intent of the article is to provide additional housing opportunities in areas where adequate public facilities and services are available, and where impacts upon the residential neighborhoods directly affected would be minimized.
