Escondido is being asked to close five library project accounts that hold trust fund money: Library Technology, Literacy Projects, Pioneer Room, Youth Services Library, and Library Circulating Materials.
Each account would be closed under one of two conditions: once whatever money is left in it has been spent, or once it is decided that the account is no longer needed. The details behind the request are set out in a report accompanying the item.
