Escondido's Library Board of Trustees is being asked to approve a new policy covering the library's programs. It would be a new policy rather than a revision of an existing one, and the board is being asked to review it as well as vote on it.
The policy would cover a wide range of library activities. It would apply to any program the library develops, sponsors, co-sponsors, or presents, whether it takes place in the library building, online, somewhere else outside the library, or jointly with another organization.
