The Escondido City Council set the special tax for Community Facilities District No. 2000-01, known as Hidden Trails, for Fiscal Year 2026/27. The council did so by adopting Resolution 2026-121, and it approved the measure as part of a single motion covering items 1-11, 14-16 and 18-19. Councilmember White made that motion, Councilmember Fitzgerald seconded it, and it was approved 5-0.
