The Escondido City Council approved a rent increase application for Casa Grande Mobile Estates, a mobilehome park, at its meeting. Sitting in its second role as the City of Escondido Mobilehome Rent Review Board, the council was asked to review and consider the park's short-form application and to adopt Rent Review Board Resolution No. RRB 2026-78.
