Rents at Westwinds Mobilehome Park, at 1415 South Pine Street in Escondido, are going up by 0.604 percent for every space covered by rent control. White made the motion, Fitzgerald seconded it, and it was approved 5-0.
The increase was made through Resolution No. RRB 2026-127, and it came out of what the park filed as a short-form application. The item asked the Rent Review Board to hold a public hearing on that application and to consider it before adopting the resolution.
